In-Person Custom Hat Design

Visit our shop and work with our experienced staff to choose your style as well as the material, quality, and color of your custom hat.

By visiting us in person we can get the most accurate head shape and size, ensuring your hat fits exactly how you like it.

Remote Custom Hat Design

For those who can’t make it to Santa Fe, we do offer an at-home kit for measuring your hat size. This option does not provide us with your head shape and you miss out on the opportunity of choosing your hat material in-person.

Hat Maintenance

A well worn hat naturally gathers the marks of its wearer. Scuffs, stains, and shape alterations over time are completely normal. With the panama straw material, although it is very flexible and durable, cracks can happen.

We offer cleaning, patching, reshaping, and leather replacement services for our customers at reasonable costs.

Complete Custom Rebuild

In some cases, you love the material of your hat but are ready to update the style. Our materials so durable that we can completely rebuild your custom hat body into a new style.

Considerations into brim width and crown height to have to be made, so speaking with our staff about what is possible is necessary.
